Front-end components for Telecom and 5G/6G millimeter–wave network and backhaul applications have challenging specifications that Altum RF addresses using the latest GaAs and GaN semiconductor technologies.
Altum RF’s transmit PAs provide excellent linearity over wide bandwidth with low signal distortion and higher power efficiency for lower power consumption and easier thermal management, presently covering applications up to E-band (71-86 GHz).
Altum RF’s LNAs have low noise figure to enable amplification of weak signals above the noise floor and required linearity to prevent signal distortion over a wide dynamic range. Altum RF designs components to withstand harsh environmental environments for temperature and moisture plus most MMICs have integrated ESD protection.
Altum RF provides cost competitive front-end components that achieve excellent RF performance with small form-factor and high production yield in order to support volume production deliveries.
