ARF1306C5 is a GaN distributed amplifier housed in an air-cavity ceramic package and designed for high bandwidth applications. With greater than 2 watts of output power and 15 dB of linear gain, it is well suited for a wide variety of applications. The part is pre matched to 50 Ω and RF ports are ac coupled.

The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality control.
