ARF1206 is a low-noise amplifier die for E-band applications. With 20 dB typical gain and 2.5 dB noise figure at 71 GHz, it is suitable for a variety of demanding telecommunication and sensing applications. The part is pre-matched to 50 Ω and is ESD protected to simplify handling and assembly.

The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality control.
