ARF1114Q4 is a driver amplifier for K-band applications. With 24 dB of linear gain and a P1dB of +25 dBm it is suitable for a wide variety of applications. It is packaged in a 4 mm × 4 mm QFN package.
The part is internally DC blocked at input and output and matched to 50 Ω.

The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality control.
