ARF1303 is a DC to 60 GHz distributed amplifier MMIC designed for high bandwidth applications. With 15 dB of linear gain, positive gain slope, high output power and efficiency, it is suitable for a wide variety of applications. The circuit is unconditionally stable and internally matched to 50 Ω. An external bias tee is required for operation.
The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality control.
