ARF1307 is a gallium nitride distributed power amplifier MMIC designed for high bandwidth applications. With 18 dB small-signal gain, 10 W output power and more than 12 dB power gain, it is well suited for a wide variety of applications. The part is internally matched to 50 Ω. RF ports are AC coupled.
The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality control.
