Altum RF has a wide variety of catalog products but also offers custom or semi-custom products for unique customer requirements. With a vast library of design and circuit IP, Altum RF can efficiently tailor and develop circuits to meet specific customer requirements for a wide variety of RF to mmwave applications.
Altum RF works closely with the customer from the start to define the product specifications and key product features. Based on agreed requirements the Altum RF team will design and tape-out of the MMIC, followed by the characterization, qualification and release for production. Altum RF will manage the full supply and manufacturing chain, and deliver RF tested MMICs, packaged or bare die. The preferred business model for these types of products includes some up-front NRE payment to help cover the development and fabrication cost followed by the delivery of an initial quantity of parts for prototyping and early production builds.
